MACHINING FOR ROUGHING OF STEEL

Ubierre Officina Meccanica S.r.l. carries out the roughing, finishing, and drilling of forged parts in the oil and gas pipeline sector as well as in the hydraulic sector. In particular, we machine bodies, closures, seats, valves, flanges, joints, shafts, pistons, heads, etc.

Upon customer’s request, Ubierre Officina Meccanica S.r.l. provides different types of Inspection Reports:

• Quality reports produced manually by qualified personnel with certified and catalogued instruments;
• checks with customer-owned templates and/or gauges;
• digital reports developed with a DEA 3D machine in a controlled environment in the Metrology Laboratory.

It is possible to request in-house UT-UHT pre-finishing checks on rough-machined material; these checks are carried out by authorised and specialised external personnel collaborating with our company.
